About Zmead

Zmead is a technical blog written by zhuermu, a software engineer working on AI agents and cloud systems. Every article here is written from hands-on engineering work — building agent platforms on Amazon Bedrock, designing cloud architecture on AWS, and taking apart the developer tools that ship real products.

Why this blog exists

Most technical content stops at the surface. Zmead goes the other way: full source-code walkthroughs, architecture trade-offs explained with real numbers, and end-to-end build logs you can actually follow. The goal is that an engineer facing the same problem can read a post here and know exactly what to do next.
